The Pollinate Hive House is the home of Pollinate Ritual, located at 1011 64h street in Windsor Heights Iowa. ‘The Hive’ is an innovative project that endeavors to bring a small team of therapeutic practitioners and community developers together in a practice space that is embedded into a neighborhood. From this ‘hive’ we offer ongoing and consistent services and programming to meet the immediate needs of the surrounding neighborhood, while providing those outside the neighborhood an opportunity to come to a therapeutic community environment and experience the benefit of small, integrated solutions. The Hive spirals through one-on-one therapies to support groups, to community rituals and events, and through retreats. Regardless of where a person enters, they can move through a comprehensive Cycle of Care to meet their needs.

Featured Event: Summer Solstice Weekend
Pollinate Ritual invites you to Summer Solstice Weekend 2025. A Friday (3pm)- Sunday (3pm) weekend for cool people who wanna hang with cool people. Location is private land 30 minutes east of Des Moines. Location will be sent to you after registration. Family friendly event. Bring your tent or camper to set up on the grounds (no water or electric hookups for campers). Indoor bathroom and showers available.
All food (2 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 brunch) and entertainment provided, including art room. 33 acres of wooded trails for hiking. Drum circle, fire dancers and music, yoga and more! Tarot & massage available at additional cost.
Family friendly event.
$125 per person. $50 per child (4-12). 3 and under are free.
Featured Practitioner: Shannissy Catron
Shannissy is the founder of Wild Heart Body + Birthwork, which specializes in doula services and supportive, therapeutic massage. Shannissy has been the Director of Healing Arts for Pollinate Ritual since 2022. In her role as the Director of Healing Arts, Shannissy manages, leads and supports a dynamic group of healing arts practitioners as they positively impact the physical, mental and spiritual health of humans through Pollinate programming.

CroneFire Weekend
Crone Fire Weekend is a magical 3 days at the award winning Snug Hollow Retreat Center in the Appalachian Mountains of KY for women 18 and older that would like to connect to the wisdom and power of Crone Women through wisdom sharing and story telling. Gorgeous accommodation, gourmet vegetarian meals, healing arts practitioners onsite and all programming included.
We believe the Crone woman (broadly defined as a women who is past child bearing years) is the most powerful in our lineage, and essential to our local and world community at this time. Known by other names like elder, wise woman, boss and grandmother, abuela, the Crone carries with her life force energy that can be applied inward to multiple her creativity and contribution. She is vital. She carries wisdom that shows the way and imparts peace on younger generations. She is radically free to say what she wants, contribute her time where she can and show us all how to be free. Every Crone steps into her life after her years of taking care of others as the mother, with the opportunity to apply her caretaking to herself and make dreams come true.
