Pollinate Hive House

The home of Pollinate Collective Health . . . building therapeutic community one soul at a time.

The Pollinate Hive House is the home of Pollinate Ritual, located at 1011 64h street in Windsor Heights Iowa. ‘The Hive’ is an innovative project that endeavors to bring a small team of therapeutic practitioners and community developers together in a practice space that is embedded into a neighborhood. From this ‘hive’ we offer ongoing and consistent services and programming to meet the immediate needs of the surrounding neighborhood, while providing those outside the neighborhood an opportunity to come to a therapeutic community environment and experience the benefit of small, integrated solutions. The Hive spirals through one-on-one therapies to support groups, to community rituals and events, and through retreats. Regardless of where a person enters, they can move through a comprehensive Cycle of Care to meet their needs.

Webinar: I Want to Try Mushrooms, Now What?

Maybe you’ve been quietly curious for a while. Maybe you’ve listened to podcasts, read articles, or heard someone you trust share their experience. Something about it just resonates, but you’re not one to jump in blindly.

This webinar is for people considering working with psychedelic mushrooms who want clear, grounded guidance before moving forward. We’ll cover essential safety considerations, mental health and medication contraindications, how to determine the type of experience you’re actually seeking (from microdose to larger journeys), the importance of (mind)set and setting, and why preparation and integration often matter more than the dose itself.

This isn’t about convincing you to try mushrooms. It’s about helping you slow down, ask better questions, and make a decision that feels aligned and well-informed.

Curiosity deserves care. If you’re interested but cautious, this is a gentle place to start!

Ashly Ulrich of Hawthorn Ash Coaching is just the person to help. Ashly is a member of the Pollinate Collective of Healing Arts Practitioners and is a certified psilocybin facilitator. She is hosting a webinar to answer all your newbie questions from microdosing to journey work.
