Who doesn’t like baked goods? We have some favorites served exclusively at Pollinate retreats incuding our famous bread, homemade butter and Nani’s oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, all proceeds on these orders go to the maiden’s weekend.  This retreat is community supported so that it remains accessible to every teen regardless of financial capacity. We have a full class this year and are goaling for $8000! Please help us and help your yourself by purchasing some yummies. $25/loaf or dozen cookies. Adaliz's homemade butters are available too, garlic or honey, $15/per!  You won't be sorry.

Pollinate Ritual invites you to Summer Solitice Weekend 2025. A Friday (3pm)- Sunday (3pm) weekend for cool people who wanna hang with cool people. Family friendly event. Bring your tent or camper to set up on the grounds (no water or electric hookups for campers). Indoor bathroom and showers available.

All food (2 dinners, 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 brunch) and entertainment provided, including art room. 33 acres of wooded trails for hiking. Drum circle, fire dancers and music, yoga and more!  Tarot & massage available at additional cost.  

$125 per person. $50 per child (4-12). 3 and under are free.  

Do something totally unique for your date night and come to Couples Cacao at the Hive. This is a special night for couples that includes dinner and the Pollinate Deep Receiving Cacao Ceremony. We'll also have more information about our upcoming Sacred Ground Couples Weekend in October.

When was the last time you dismissed a compliment, didn’t take that offer of help, or put everyone’s needs before your own? Many of us know how to give love, but do we really know how to receive it especially in our intimate relationships? The Pollinate Cacao Ritual was specifically created to help us step into the space of deep receiving and begin our journey to challenge our lack of self love expressed when we don’t fully receive the love of others.

This ritual, aided by the heart opening power of ceremonial cacao uses partnered exercises to continually pull you into a space of deep receiving.It is a great opportunity to explore, reset and deepen. This ritual can be used over time within the relationship as well.

While beneficial, this ritual is not meant to be used as a therapy modality for couples in a challenging phase of their relationship. We recommend you consult your therapist as to whether this is the right time to engage in deepening your connection with this ritual. Pollinate Founder Kathryn Dickel and Shannissy Catron of Wild Heart Birth and Body Work created this ritual for Pollinate Women’s Weekend and will be facilitating these rituals for you. All rituals offered by Pollinate are done so on a free-will donation basis, BUT YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND. Each registration is per couple. Rituals will take place at The Pollinate Hive House, 1011 64th Street, Windsor Heights, Iowa. Space is limited (we're not just saying that).

All rituals are offered at Pollinate with as free-will donation experiences. We ask that you consider a donation of $50 (for a couple). If you can give more or less please do, or if you can need to donate at a lower level or can't donate at this time please don't let that stop you from joining us.

Every man meal is June 21st at at The Pollinate Hive House, 1011 64th street in Windsor Heights. We're featuring food cooked over fire, curated by Beau Fodor. 

Are you a dude who digs food? What a one music? Are you interested in connecting with other awesome men? Then join us for The EveryMan Meal. 

We ask that you bring three things. Some food, drinks (no hard alcohol please) and another dude. If you don’t cook, don’t worry, stop by @gatewaymarket (awesome supporters of this event) and grab something We’ll have some fire, hoops ans fire and a special songwriters round if you have an instrument, feel free to bring it along. 

All men and male identified humans  are welcome, but keep the littles at home for this one so you can focus on you!

This ritual will be limited to twelve women.  We will completely disrobe during the ritual so you must be willing to confront all your emotions being in this embodied state.
